AI Advisory

You’re not behind. You’re just busy.

The work you already do comes first, not the tools you keep hearing about. I help executives and founders uncover where AI fits, then build with you. One-on-one.

Why me

You bring the expertise. I bring the build.

You’ve heard that AI is only as powerful as the person wielding it. I’d take it further. Yes, AI runs on what you already know, and your expertise is the context that makes its output good. But your expertise does more than feed it. It decides where AI belongs in the first place: where it helps, and where to keep your hands on the wheel.

You bring your industry and function expertise. I bring my leadership experience, the judgment it demands, and the tools I build every day for myself and my teams. Together we find where AI can strengthen your work, and where to leave it out.

And you don’t have to wait on a product team or engineering capacity to get there. You leave with tools that are yours to keep, and a sharper sense of where to point AI and what to ask for. AI takes what it should off your plate, so more of your time goes to getting better at the work only you can do.

Is this for you?

Either it’s someone else’s job, or it’s yours.

You can work somewhere that’s all-in on AI and still be on your own with it. Maybe it’s all aimed at development or product offerings, and no one’s looking at how you work. A company doing AI is one thing. AI centered on your work is another.

This is for you if…

  • You’re the one who has to figure out AI for your work, with no one whose job it is to do it for you.
  • You run the business, or lead a function like HR, sales, or ops.
  • You want to direct the technical people you do have with more confidence, and know what to ask for.
  • You’d rather build something real than sit through theory.

This isn’t for you if…

  • You want a finished answer handed to you. (It’s built with you.)
  • You want to sit back and listen. (This needs your hands, and your input.)

Still not sure if this is for you? That’s what the free intro is for.

What you get

How it works.

We start free. One session to get to know each other and do an AI 101 if you need it. No commitment to continue, but if it’s a fit, we move into a short series, usually three or four sessions, where we build your tools together. I’ve structured it as a series for a reason. A good amount of the building happens between our sessions, on the pieces only you can bring, and we sharpen it together until we agree on what good looks like.

A few examples of what we can build together:

  • An HR leader handed the repetitive parts of building comp bands to AI.
  • A founder who used to lose a weekend to board reports now starts from a draft that builds itself.
  • A risk tool that scores outbound communications before launch, so nothing ships hotter than it should.
  • A performance tool that captures feedback in the moment, from meeting notes, an email, or a quick entry, then plays it back at review time, sorted by theme.

The series is paid, and we set the scope and the price together, because it’s built around your work.

When the series ends, the tools are yours, and so is the ability to keep building without me. That’s by design.
